CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you need to reschedule an appointment we require a minimum 24hrs notice. Appointments cancelled within 24hrs will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
PRE-PAID SERIES
Pre-paid series are valid 12 months from date of purchase.
Treatment not used by the expiry date will be forfeited.
Cancellation of an appointment within 24hrs will result in the treatment deemed redeemed. Treatments in a series are not transferable
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. You may request an extension for 4 weeks, if provided you make the request prior to expiry date. In the absence of such a request the gift voucher will only be honoured for the monetary value of the purchase price and not the value of the service or services purchase. Beyond 9 months the gift voucher is deemed redeemed.
